BetOrder Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and BetOrder ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). BetOrder operates the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betorder.click and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing the BetOrder platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing, placing a bet, or using any game — you accept these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply to all BetOrder products and services, including but not limited to sports betting, PSL betting, esports betting, crash games, card games, online casino, live dealer games, and the VIP Club.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players based in Pakistan. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the meaning most consistent with Pakistani law and plain English shall apply. BetOrder reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use BetOrder, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. BetOrder strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request age verification documents at any time and will suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• Single account: You may hold only one BetOrder account. Registering multiple accounts — under your own name, a different name, or using different contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Own funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to BetOrder are your own, legitimately sourced, and not the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Not a BetOrder employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of BetOrder staff are not permitted to hold player accounts or receive promotional offers.

3Account Registration

When registering on BetOrder, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The registration process requires a valid mobile number and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetOrder login credentials.

3.1 Account Security

Your BetOrder account is for your personal use only. You must not share your login details with any other person. BetOrder will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BetOrder support immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

BetOrder reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified satisfactorily may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false information during registration — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number that is not yours — is a material breach of these Terms. BetOrder may close any account found to have been registered with false information and may withhold any balance pending investigation.

4Deposits and Payments

BetOrder accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is held in someone else's name — are not accepted and any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending review.

BetOrder does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. BetOrder is not responsible for any fees levied by Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or any other payment service provider.

5Withdrawals

BetOrder processes withdrawal requests to the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours and within 30 minutes at peak times. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours. BetOrder processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on BetOrder is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Unverified accounts have a lower withdrawal limit until KYC is completed. 5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) for withdrawals above Rs 25,000.
• Bonus funds must be converted to real money through wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.
• BetOrder reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. In such cases, we will contact you by the mobile number or email registered on your account.
• Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional verification.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BetOrder offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms stated on the promotion page.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most BetOrder bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on BetOrder deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

Bonuses on BetOrder have a validity period, typically 7 or 30 days from the date of crediting, as stated on the promotion. Any unwagered bonus funds that remain at the end of the validity period will be removed from your account without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

BetOrder monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using a group of players to guarantee low-risk wagering through coordinated betting across outcomes, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play in good faith. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have bonuses removed, winnings forfeited, and the account suspended.

6.4 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Free spins winnings may carry their own wagering requirement as stated on the promotion.
• BetOrder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• In the event of a dispute about bonus calculation, BetOrder's records are the definitive source.
• Cashback promotions are paid as real money with no additional wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on BetOrder. Game-specific rules for casino products are covered in Section 8.

7.1 Placing Bets

A bet is confirmed only when BetOrder's system acknowledges its acceptance and a bet reference number is generated. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is received, the bet may not have been placed and you should check your bet history before assuming placement. BetOrder is not liable for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are quoted in decimal format on BetOrder and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those that appear on the bet confirmation screen at the time of placement. BetOrder may offer Bet Builder and accumulator markets subject to their own specific rules available in the sports betting section.

7.3 Voiding and Cancellation

BetOrder reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors, results affected by corruption or match-fixing, events cancelled without a result, incomplete information at settlement time, or where regulatory requirements demand voiding. Voided bets are refunded to the player's wallet at the original stake value.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play betting on BetOrder is subject to short delay periods for fairness. BetOrder may suspend in-play markets at any point during an event, particularly around goals, wickets, or other significant moments. Bets placed before a market suspension are settled according to the conditions at the time of placement.

7.5 PSL and Cricket Betting

PSL betting on BetOrder follows standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, results are determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applied, or voided if no official result is declared. 8Casino and Games

BetOrder's casino section — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and card games — is powered by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming and others. Each provider's games are governed by their own certified rules, which are accessible within each game.

8.1 Game Results

All slot and table game outcomes on BetOrder are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) handled by real human dealers under camera supervision. BetOrder does not influence or interfere with game results. Published RTP figures are independently audited long-run averages — individual session results may differ significantly.

8.2 Crash Games

Crash games on BetOrder — including Aviator — use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined before the round begins by a cryptographic seed process that players can independently verify. Instructions for verification are available within each crash game. BetOrder does not control the crash point of any round.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction or communication error that affects a game round, BetOrder will void the round and refund the stake to the player's wallet. "Malfunction" refers to technical failures — not outcomes that a player considers unfair. All properly completed game rounds are final once the result is confirmed by the game server.

9Responsible Gaming

BetOrder is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. We provide the following tools to all BetOrder account holders, available immediately from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit maximums. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on how much you can lose in a given period before your account is restricted from further play.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Reality Check: A periodic on-screen prompt showing your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from BetOrder for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. BetOrder processes self-exclusion requests within 24 hours and marketing communications cease immediately.
• Account Closure: Close your account at any time by contacting BetOrder support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

10Account Suspension and Closure

BetOrder reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen funds
• Registering multiple accounts
• Providing false registration information
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 6.3
• Underage play or suspicion thereof
• Coordinated or group betting strategies designed to exploit the platform
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward BetOrder staff or other players
• Request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or anti-money-laundering body

Where an account is suspended for investigation, BetOrder will contact the player via the registered mobile number or email. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, any balance in the account may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so at any time by contacting BetOrder support. Closing an account does not void outstanding bets placed before closure — those will be settled and any winnings held pending the player's instruction on return of funds.

11Privacy and Data

BetOrder collects, stores, and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the player experience. Our full data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Key points relevant to Pakistani players:

• Your CNIC details, if provided for KYC, are stored securely and used only for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
• BetOrder uses SSL encryption across the entire platform. Your payment credentials are never stored on BetOrder's own servers.
• BetOrder does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You may request a copy of your personal data or ask for corrections by contacting support@betorder.click.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetOrder's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's BetOrder wallet at the time the claim arises. BetOrder is not liable for:

• Any loss of anticipated winnings or indirect, consequential, or speculative losses
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks, etc.)
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, device failures, or network issues on the player's end
• Game outcomes where the RNG has been certified as functioning correctly
• Losses arising from a player sharing their login credentials with another person

BetOrder does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Planned maintenance periods will be announced in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice if required to protect the integrity of the platform or player funds.

13Amendments to These Terms

BetOrder reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect player rights in a significant way — will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor changes, such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not affect substance, may be made without prior notice.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. It is your responsibility as a BetOrder player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the BetOrder platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, your remedy is to close your account before the change takes effect.

BetOrder aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. BetOrder is committed to fair and transparent dealings with all players at all times.
